Cancellation Policy
Effective January 1, 2026
- A current credit card is required at the time of booking to make all appointments.
- This card information will be held securely in your digital file.
- You may use any form of payment at the time of service.
- Card on file is considered acceptance of our late cancellation and missed appointment policies.
- We require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedulings.
- Without such notice, we must charge a 50% cancellation fee for services booked.
- Courtesy reminder emails or text messages are available for all appointments.
- Unfortunately, we cannot place a gratuity on a credit card.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all Lasio, Brazilian and Cezanne treatments.
- Same day cancellations or no-show appointments will incur a fee equal to the full appointment cost.
- New client consultations require a $25 deposit which will go towards your future service.
